Creating a seamless luxury rental experience meant more than just good design—it required a deep understanding of the brand and its ecosystem. Working closely with the client, I ensured every detail of the app aligned with their brand identity, maintaining consistency across visuals, interactions, and overall user experience. At the same time, I immersed myself in the existing system’s logic, adapting the design to fit seamlessly within its framework.
One of the key challenges was designing a dynamic interface that adapted to different user roles—customers, fleet owners, and drivers—each with a tailored experience based on login credentials. Additionally, the app integrated with in-vehicle systems, making each car a connected experience, providing real-time data and enhancing both usability and security.
