I started by analyzing web flows, optimizing them for mobile, and refining the browsing experience to make discovering new scents effortless. The checkout process was carefully streamlined to maintain a premium feel, minimizing friction while maximizing convenience. To enhance the overall experience, I incorporated subtle micro-animations—adding fluidity to interactions and reinforcing the sense of elegance at every touchpoint.
